Dr. Joanna Lloyd attended Harcum College, earning her Veterinary Technician Degree. She then attended Williams College in Massachusetts, in 2005.

Dr. Lloyd has always loved science, medicine, and animals. “I credit a squirrel I rescued with leading me to wildlife rehab and from there to veterinary medicine.

Dr. Lloyd attended veterinary school at the University of Pennsylvania and following graduation in 2013, she completed a rotating internship at New England Animal Medical Center.

Although Dr. Lloyd’s interests involve wildlife rehab and trauma management, when not working she is far more craft oriented, enjoying jewelry, bead/wire work, learning macrame and knotting techniques, and making her own nail polishes.
