Their top priority is to provide compassion, assistance, and service in what can often be a stressful time in both you and your pet’s lives. The Client Service Representatives (CSR) team handles all communications and properly maintains all charts, correspondences, and schedules in regards to the care and treatment of your pet. They are trained to provide excellent service, care, and communication from the moment you walk into the building until you are discharged. Our CSR staff is available 24/7/365 to assist you with any questions that may arise before you arrive, while you are at our facility, and after you leave. In addition, our administrative staff handles all the behind-the-scenes duties that keeps VREC operating smoothly. From finances to Facebook, they do it all.
