K9 Riggs thanks VREC

December 6, 2017 – Riggs, a K9 from the Narcotics division of the Lackawanna County District Attorney’s Office, and his handler stopped by VREC with a plaque in appreciation for our services. Riggs was seen at VREC after sustaining injury from a training scenario but made a full recovery.

VREC awarded Riggs with a basket of goodies to thank him for keeping our community safe!
