
Megan P., CVT is an Emergency Technician. Megan’s path to the veterinary field began in an unrelated field – computer graphics and animation. While attending college in the Philadelphia area she realized her true calling was veterinary medicine. Determined to pursue her passion, Megan simultaneously finished her graphics and animation degree and enrolled in a veterinary technician program.
Megan began working in emergency and referral hospitals in the region as soon as possible. After graduating from both programs, she moved to Northeastern PA area and joined the VREC family in 2011. She enjoys the daily opportunities to educate pet owners on how to best care for pets.
When not assisting clients and patients at VREC, Megan spends time with her American Bulldog Sophie, French Bulldog Paisley, and Yorkie Zoi. She also enjoys yoga, horseback riding, and biking.
